Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs). We will initiate a refund or replacement upon verification.
• Incorrect Products: In case you receive products different from your order, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or provide a refund.
• Quality Concerns: If you believe the product quality does not meet our advertised standards, contact us with details and we will assess the issue. Refunds will be considered based on our investigation.

1.2 Non-eligible Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind or taste preferences.
• Products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.

1.3 Refund Process:
• Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed through in-store credit.

2. Replacement Policy:

2.1 Eligibility for Replacement:

Replacements will be provided under the following conditions:
• Damaged Products: We will replace damaged products upon verification of the damage.
• Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered.

2.2 Replacement Process:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues.
• Once approved, replacements will be processed and delivered to you at no additional cost or a refund for the order through store credit.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

• Submit a request through order page.

• Provide supporting evidence such as photographs of damaged or incorrect products.

4. General Conditions:

• All refund and replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer service team.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the issue does not meet our policy criteria.

• Our refund and replacement policies comply with consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in Bahrain.
